In 2015, NT3 Consult participated in training activities for employees of Stara Zagora Municipality under the project “Improving Staff Qualifications to Achieve a More Effective Administration”.
The project ran from 2014 to 2015 with support from the Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity”, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund. Its objective was to strengthen municipal employees’ professional skills and improve the quality of administrative services.
The training focused on professional competencies, organisational effectiveness and the practical use of new knowledge in everyday local-government work.
Building administrative capacity is an important part of creating conditions for stronger governance and sustainable municipal development.
