In September 2023, NT3 Consult delivered a multi-day training programme for staff of Shumen Municipality, focusing on practical aspects of local-government administration.
The main topics included municipal property management and the preparation and submission of integrated territorial investment (ITI) proposals. The sessions highlighted the relationship between effective management of municipal assets and opportunities to deliver initiatives with a broader territorial impact.
The programme provided space to discuss practical administrative cases, exchange professional knowledge and consider approaches that could be applied in the staff’s day-to-day work.
Through this initiative, NT3 Consult supported the development of municipal employees’ knowledge and skills in territorial management and investment-proposal preparation.
