Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan for Villa Development, Ravno Pole

A Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan was developed for realising an investment intent for villa development. Full design and procedural handling of the project was carried out — from research into the status and planning characteristics of the property, through the necessary procedures for changing the designation and approval with the competent institutions, to the preparation and adoption of the planning development.

The process began with research into the status and planning characteristics of the properties and undertaking the necessary actions for changing the designation of the agricultural land to realise the investment intent for villa development. A Development Plan was prepared for the territory in question, defining the planning zone, the boundaries and building lines, and the parameters of the future villa development. During the procedure, communication and coordination with the competent institutions and utility companies was carried out, the necessary documentation was prepared, and the corresponding approval and administrative procedures were completed through to the approval of the planning development.

The necessary planning and administrative foundation was created for the villa development. The development and approval of the Development Plan defined the conditions and parameters for the future construction on the property, providing the opportunity for subsequent investment design and realisation of the planned villa development.
