Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan for a Storage Facility, Elin Pelin (2022)

A Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan was developed for the construction of a storage facility. Full design and procedural handling of the investment intent was carried out — from research into the territory and land-use planning to the approval of the project with the competent institutions and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures.

The process began with research into the status and planning characteristics of the territory and preparation of the necessary actions for changing its designation and planning use in line with the investment intent. A Development Plan was prepared, defining the boundaries of the property, the planning zone, and the parameters and development regime for the planned storage facility. During the procedure, the necessary communication and coordination with the competent institutions and utility companies was carried out, the approval documentation was prepared, and the necessary administrative procedures were followed through to the approval of the planning development.

The necessary planning and administrative foundation was created for the construction of the storage facility. The development and approval of the Development Plan defined the conditions and parameters for the future construction on the property, providing the opportunity for subsequent investment design and realisation of the planned facility.
