Amendment to the Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan for a Storage Facility, Elin Pelin

An amendment to a Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan was developed to update the planning solution and development parameters for a territory designated for a storage facility. Full design and procedural handling of the development was carried out — from research into the existing planning scheme and property boundaries to the preparation of the necessary documentation and approval with the competent institutions.

The process began with research into the existing Development Plan, the cadastral basis, the property boundaries, and the planning characteristics of the territory. The development provided for the merger of land plots, updating the boundaries and the planning solution of the property. The amendment was developed in connection with the planned use of the territory for a storage facility, defining the corresponding development parameters and the manner of construction. During the procedure, the necessary design documentation was prepared, and coordination and approval with the competent institutions and interested parties was carried out.

An updated planning foundation was created for the use and construction of the territory for warehousing activity. The amendment to the Development Plan refined the property boundaries and the planning solution, providing the opportunity for more efficient use of the merged territory and subsequent realisation of the planned storage facility.
