Amendment to the Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Regulation Plan for Residential Development, Musachevo

An amendment to a Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Regulation Plan was developed, related to the realisation of an investment intent for residential construction. Full design and procedural handling of the development was carried out — from research into the existing regulation and planning conditions to the preparation of the necessary documentation and its approval with the competent institutions.

The process began with research into the existing detailed spatial development plan, the regulation status of the property, and the existing planning conditions. An amendment to the Regulation Plan was developed, related to the designation of the territory for residential construction. The development reflects the regulation boundaries of the property and its relationship to the adjoining street network and existing infrastructure. Within the procedure, the necessary design documentation was prepared, and coordination and approval with the competent institutions and interested parties was carried out.

The necessary regulation foundation was created for realising the planned residential construction. The amendment to the Regulation Plan ensures consistency between the regulation solution, the planning designation of the territory, and the investment intent, creating conditions for subsequent investment design and realisation of the residential construction.
