Amendment to the Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Regulation Plan, Elin Pelin

An amendment to a Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Regulation Plan was developed to update the regulation solution of the property in connection with the planned residential construction. Full design and procedural handling of the development was carried out — from research into the existing regulation and planning conditions to the preparation of the necessary documentation and its approval with the competent institutions.

The process began with research into the existing detailed spatial development plan, the regulation status of the property, and the existing planning conditions. An amendment to the Regulation Plan was developed, updating the regulation solution and providing the necessary planning foundation for the planned residential construction. The development reflects the regulation boundaries of the property, its relationship to the adjoining street network, and the existing infrastructure elements. Within the procedure, the necessary design documentation was prepared, and coordination and approval with the competent institutions and interested parties was carried out.

The necessary regulation and planning foundation was created for realising the planned residential construction. The amendment to the Regulation Plan updated the regulation framework of the property and created conditions for subsequent investment design and realisation of the residential building.
