Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan for a Photovoltaic Power Plant, Golyama Rakovitsa

A Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan was developed for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant. Full design and administrative handling of the procedure was carried out — from the research and land-use planning of the territory to the approval of the project with the competent institutions and the procedures related to the change of designation of the agricultural land.

A Development Plan was prepared, defining the planning zone, parameters and development regime for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant. The project included research into the territory and the existing planning conditions, development of the necessary graphic documentation, and communication and coordination with the competent institutions and utility companies. The project also includes the necessary actions for changing the designation of the agricultural land and for approving the planning procedure, in order to create the necessary foundation for realising the investment intent.

The necessary planning and administrative foundation was created for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant on a territory with a changed designation. The development of the Development Plan and the completion of the necessary approval and administrative procedures provided the opportunity for subsequent investment design and construction of the facility.
