Amendment to the Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan for an Equestrian Facility, Musachevo

An amendment to a Detailed Spatial Development Plan – Development Plan was developed for realising an investment intent for the construction of an equestrian facility. Full design and procedural handling of the development was carried out — from research into the existing planning scheme and the characteristics of the territory to the preparation of the necessary documentation and its approval with the competent institutions.

The process began with research into the existing Detailed Spatial Development Plan, the status and planning characteristics of the territory, and the possibilities for realising the investment intent. The development included an amendment to the Development Plan, updating the planning solution and designating a territory for an equestrian facility. The boundaries of the territory, the manner and main parameters of construction were determined, in line with the functional designation of the facility and the existing transport and technical infrastructure. During the procedure, the necessary design documentation was prepared, and coordination and approval with the competent institutions and interested parties was carried out.

The necessary planning foundation was created for the construction of the equestrian facility. The amendment to the Development Plan updated the planning conditions and the parameters for the use and construction of the territory, providing the opportunity for subsequent investment design and realisation of the planned facility.
