Participation as a subcontractor in the development of the Integrated Development Plan of Kozloduy Municipality for the 2021–2027 period. The project was carried out through teamwork between the two companies, covering the individual stages of research, analysis, strategic and spatial planning, and preparation of the materials for the Integrated Development Plan.
Participation in the entire process of developing the Integrated Development Plan of Kozloduy Municipality for the 2021–2027 period as part of a joint team with "ATEK – VD" EOOD. The work included participation in the analysis and assessment of the territory, formulation of the strategic framework, identification of priorities and measures, spatial presentation of the information, and preparation of the necessary graphic materials.
As part of the teamwork, participation covered the various stages of developing the Integrated Development Plan — analysis and assessment of the municipality's condition and potential, research into demographic, socio-economic, infrastructural and spatial characteristics, formulation of development goals, priorities and measures, and development of spatial and graphic materials. A Geographic Information System (GIS) was used in presenting and processing the spatial information. The work was carried out in coordination and cooperation with the team of "ATEK – VD" EOOD.
A complete strategic and spatial foundation for the integrated development of Kozloduy Municipality through 2027 was jointly developed. Participation in the various stages of the development contributed to a comprehensive presentation of the municipality's condition and potential, the identification of priority development directions, and the preparation of measures and projects for their implementation.
