Scope
The Integrated Development Plan covers the entire territory of Elin Pelin Municipality and includes an analysis of the economic, social and environmental condition, infrastructure, transport connectivity, natural resources and development potential. A strategic section, a spatial development concept and priority impact zones were developed.

Result
A strategic and spatial foundation was created for the sustainable development of Elin Pelin Municipality through 2027, supporting the planning of public investment, the identification of priority territories, and the preparation and implementation of future projects.
