What was done

A General Plan for Traffic Organisation of Rudozem Municipality was developed, including a comprehensive analysis of the transport system and traffic organisation, development of transport zoning, diagrams for traffic organisation and regimes, and formulation of measures and proposals for improving traffic organisation.

03

Scope

A complete set of graphic materials was developed, presenting the main aspects of traffic organisation within the territory of Rudozem Municipality. The diagrams cover the transport zoning of the settlement, street network classification, direction of travel and right-of-way, pedestrian and bicycle movement, pedestrian crossings, the traffic regimes of public transport and certain categories of road vehicles, stopping and parking regimes, speed regimes, the relationship to the General Spatial Development Plan's designated land use, as well as traffic organisation measures and proposals. The graphic materials present the spatial distribution of the respective transport elements, regimes and proposals.

04

Result

A complete analytical and graphic foundation was created for the organisation and management of traffic in Rudozem Municipality. The materials developed systematise and visualise the existing transport structure and the main traffic regimes, while also presenting proposals and measures for improving traffic organisation, road safety, pedestrian and bicycle accessibility, public transport, and stopping and parking conditions.
