What data is collected

The enquiry form collects: your name, email address and a description of your case, and — only if you fill them in — your organisation, location/property and the selected area of enquiry.

Why it is processed

The data is used solely to respond to the specific enquiry you have sent — to contact you and to make a preliminary assessment of your case.

What happens to your enquiry

When you submit the form, its content is sent directly as an email to NT3 Consult’s business mailbox. The website does not store the enquiry in a database of its own — it is not kept in the website’s system either before or after it is sent.

Once the enquiry reaches NT3 Consult’s mailbox, it is kept for as long as emails in that mailbox are normally kept — as with any other incoming correspondence.

Protection against automated requests

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real visitors from automated requests. Turnstile processes technical data for the purpose of this check in accordance with Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
