General Spatial Development Plan of Pordim Municipality

Expert urban planning work was carried out in the development of the General Spatial Development Plan of Pordim Municipality. The work includes study and analysis of the existing territorial and settlement structure, research into the functional use of the territory and its potential for future development. Urban planning analyses, planning proposals and specialised graphic materials were developed, reflecting functional zoning, the structure of land use and the main planning provisions.

A comprehensive urban planning analysis of the territory of Pordim Municipality was carried out, on the basis of which the main directions for its spatial and functional development were formulated. Specialised graphic diagrams were developed to illustrate the results of the studies, the existing territorial characteristics and the main planning provisions of the plan.

The urban planning studies and work carried out contribute to forming a comprehensive planning concept for the development of Pordim Municipality. The analyses and graphic materials provide a clearer spatial picture of the existing situation. The work supports the definition of suitable directions for future development, the rational use of land resources and the alignment of investment intentions with the municipality's long-term planning goals.
