General Spatial Development Plan of Etropole Municipality

The General Spatial Development Plan of Etropole Municipality was developed, including a comprehensive study and analysis of the territory, an assessment of the existing condition and development potential, and the formulation of planning solutions for the future use of the territory. Comprehensive spatial planning design was carried out, covering the municipality's spatial structure, functional zoning, the development of settlements, transport and technical infrastructure, natural resources and areas subject to specific use regimes. The graphic and text materials for the plan were prepared.

The work covers the entire territory of Etropole Municipality and includes a comprehensive analysis of the existing condition, the spatial structure and the development potential. The settlements, the transport and technical infrastructure, agricultural and forest areas, natural resources, protected zones and areas subject to specific use regimes were studied. On this basis, planning solutions and functional zoning were developed, defining the main directions of development and the future use of the territory. Graphic documentation was prepared, presenting the planning zones, infrastructure links, territorial constraints and development provisions, together with the corresponding text materials for the plan.

An up-to-date spatial and planning foundation was created for the balanced and sustainable development of Etropole Municipality. The General Spatial Development Plan assists the municipality in managing and developing its territory, determining the appropriate designation and layout of the different zones, and guiding future investment development. It provides the necessary basis for subsequent detailed planning, while also helping to combine the development of tourism, infrastructure and economic activities with the protection and sustainable use of natural resources and cultural heritage.
